Method Garage started in 2016 as a customer experience consultancy. We spent years inside B2B tech companies mapping customer journeys and workflows, interviewing CSMs and Support Reps, documenting the messy reality of how post-sales teams actually work.

We weren't building AI back then. We were building understanding.

That's our unfair advantage now. When we design an AI agent, we're not guessing at workflows. We've mapped hundreds of them. We know where tribal knowledge hides. Where the process doc lies. Where hidden data gems are buried. Where the real work happens.

We don't just build AI that works technically. We build AI that fits into real workflows and actually gets adopted.
